We were all planning on meeting her after high school, then suddenly she was in a car crash, her friend posted stuff on her fb and kept all of us updated on her situation. Few days later she died, but some things didn't fit right, I happened to have family who lived (theoretically) near her, they found nothing in the obituaries, no school records, not a single trace she existed. About a year later, she resurfaced to one of the real friends and admitted to creating a fake life using pictures of a classmate and felt horrible leading us to believe she died. People do some ridiculous things when they're feeling completely alone in life. I feel ya Huck.
